Well, I paid the price for standing out in the hot Texas Sun all day this past Saturday. No sunscreen, no hat, not a lot of water, nope...no need, I am iron man....yeah right! I didn't even know there was such a thing as sun poisoning, but I do now! Man, I was sooo stinkin' sick yesterday! I won't even describe the details, you can Google the symptoms if you want! I will just say this...respect the Sun, and take ALL precautions!
