Engaging in Your Call

When you are not actively involved in whatever it is that the Lord has gifted you to do, it thrusts you into a state of vulnerability. It causes you to have to fight harder to serve God on a day to day basis because you can no longer rely on the routine or comfort of your strength. It makes you vulnerable because you lack engagement, and lacking engagement gives us an excuse to let down our guard and get lazy. Anyways, just a quick thought.
